My name is Kaye, and once upon a time I walked in SlutWalk NYC.

I’ve done other things, though! Like recently graduating from Douglass College of Rutgers University with an English degree, an education that is serving me well in my current career of feminist and progressive social media (mainly because I learned that morons are everywhere, both in the classroom and on Reddit). I am Community Manager at Upworthy, which is pretty much my dream job, and a proud alum of SPARK Movement, a girl-powered feminist nonprofit aimed at exposing and attacking the sexualization of girls in the media.

You may have recently seen me supporting our girl Julia Bluhm on CNN, Fox News, ABC’s Nightline, and quoted in the Huffington Post and The New York Daily News.
